Really, really. I get up between 2 and 4 am on the weekdays, try to hit the gym for about 35 minutes, and then come home to get ready for work. I'm often in the office from 6:30 am to 6 pm and then I'm home by 6:15 pm (I live less than two miles from the office.) By 7:30 pm, I'm asleep. 3 pm is like my lowest time during the workday ... well, right before lunch too.
