No they aren't. The Wii version is reversed, because Link is left handed in the Gamecube version, which would make it hard for gameplay in the Wii.

Again, not really any different. It's just reversed, everything else is intact

They both same gameplay/story wise.

i know. But i wanted to know which side the markings go on in the Gamecube version. So again, it does matter.
